Cacao
Item #7182
Tree commonly known as cocoa, native to warm regions and classified as a dicot of the Malvaceae family. Its fruit, once harvested and dried, becomes cacao beans. Roasting and grinding them yields cacao paste, which can be compressed to extract fat and produce cocoa, while the extracted fat is known as cacao butter. Adding milk flavor during the cacao paste stage and allowing it to set results in chocolate.
